Angel FAQ

How does it work?

DCIF Angels are individuals who want to help accelerate regional founders. Four times a year, DCIF hosts an Angel & Founder Event where up to three founders present their venture to gather support from the DCIF Angels, in capital, expertise and network.

How much do I invest?

Tickets range from XCG 10–50K per angel per venture, pooled into rounds of XCG 50–250K.

How can I join?

Register your interest through the form on this page. We follow up with a short introduction call, and new members are admitted ahead of the next Angel & Founder Event. Membership carries an annual fee.

What does membership cost?

Annual membership is XCG 2,500 incl. OB and covers all costs of hosting the quarterly Angel & Founder Events. Members of OCBN and Better Business Curaçao can get a discounted rate.

When are the first rounds?

The first DCIF Angels gathering takes place in Q4 2026, with the first formal Angel & Founder Event in Q1 2027. We aim for 15–20 angels for the first cohort.

Do I need to live on the islands?

No. Local, diaspora and international angels are welcome. Value earned here is reinvested here.

What is an angel coach?

Every venture gets dedicated coaching from the angel collective after investment.
